Membership Terms:
- Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of the initial three-month term on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
- Payment Responsibility: A valid credit card must remain on file. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of benefits, and any outstanding balances must be cleared to resume membership.
- Gifting Privilege: After completing the initial three-month commitment, members may gift one unused monthly treatment per calendar year.
- One-time transfer per year, not per membership term.
- The recipient receives the treatment with full access to membership benefits for that single visit only.
- Must notify Nubo Medical Spa at least 7 days in advance to schedule and process gifting.
- All other monthly benefits are non-transferable and exclusive to the enrolled member.
